Please note: Due to changes in the way that the Utah Lieutenant Governor’s Office of Authentications, we cannot guarantee that the same day apostille will be available. Therefore we can only guarantee 1-3 business day turnaround, and cannot offer true same-day processing any longer.
How Fast?
How fast? Lightning fast! We have boots on the ground here in Utah and can pick up your certificate and get it shipped within 1-3 business days depending on when your order is confirmed. Then shipping speeds can be Overnight (to US Continental addresses only) or within 2-7 business days depending on your location and shipment day – so you can have your documents in-hand as soon as possible! Everything is handled in-house so we don’t have to depend on external services.
We also offer high-quality document scanning on all orders, prior to shipment which in some cases can be submitted before you even get your physical documents! Please be sure to check this option when you order if you want this service.
HOWEVER – We can’t account for some delays such as weather, office closures, and other items. So our pledge to you is that we will get it in the shipment queue just as fast as we can once you have confirmed your order!

How Much Does It Cost?
We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to begin, and will start working on your document order right away! Then you’ll get a customized cost quote, as fast as we can get it to you. We do this instead of a “standard” cost because one-size-fits-all doesn’t apply here. We want to do it right and make sure that you don’t overpay for a service you don’t need! Your $50 deposit rolls into the total cost of your service.
Why non-refundable? We are serious about providing top-tier, personalized service, and therefore we do not want to waste valuable time on people who are just shopping around. The $50 deposit ensures we can focus only on couples who need help fast!

Please note that we default to the fastest option for EVERY part of the “Lightning Fast” service:
- Certified copy pickup at the Utah County Clerk’s Office on our first available pickup day.
- Same-day processing at the Lt. Governor’s Office of Authentications on our first available processing day.
- Delivery to the FedEx shipment office before their 5pm cutoff time.
- Fastest possible shipment speeds to your country, typically 3-7 days.

How do I start?
Step 1– Complete our intake form and pay the $50 non-refundable deposit.
Step 2 – We’ll provide a customized quote based on the factors you choose in the intake form you fill in during Step 1 – such as how many documents you need and where it will be shipped. You can expect to receive your quote as soon as possible, usually between 2-10 hours.
Then if you want to change anything based on your quote, no worries! You can modify anything such as shipping addresses or document quantities before you pay! When everything is perfect for you, we’ll send an invoice for payment!
Step 3 – Once your invoice is paid, we’ll get to work! If you select our Lightning Fast service, we will first add your order to our next available pickup day. We have two pickup days per week, Mondays and Wednesdays, and two processing days per week, Tuesdays and Thursday. This allows us to process and ship most orders in less than two business days so your order is on the fastest track to get to you quickly!
You’ll get your tracking number up front as we process your order, so you’ll have eyes on it from the minute your shipment is available on the shipper’s website. For instance, FedEx tracking numbers are usually scanned between 5-6 pm Utah time.
